Monday session 6:30pm - 9:30pm

1st-2nd Monday
1-3hour pose. Same pose both Mondays

3rd-4th and 5th Mondays
1-3hour Same pose both or all three

On Mondays there will always be 2 poses a month.

The 1st and 2nd Mondays will be the same pose.

The 3rd and 4th Mondays will be the same pose

If there is a 5th Monday in the month then it will combine with the 3rd and 4th

making it a 3 week pose
