Our Winter Quarter going well. We have beautiful Tami with us so do join un.

We start out with a 30 minute session of two minute poses and then go on from there with 20 and 25 minute poses. We also will do two sessions of the same pose if enough attendees want to do this.

Looking forward to getting started again and looking forward to seeing you.
