Our Winter Quarter going well. Hoping to get Deidra who really knows her stuff.

We start out with a 30 minute session of two minute poses and then go on from there with 20 and 25 minute poses. We also will do two sessions of the same pose if enough attendees want to do this.

Looking forward to getting started again and looking forward to seeing you.
