Hey everyone I am new to the group and am helping host an Open Work Session at Ouch My Eye studio and thought it would be great to invite everyone here. Bring what you got down to the studio, hope to meet some of you soon.

Ouch My Eye Ministry of Arts Education is proud to present the first in a series of open work sessions: Southern Draw-All.

We return to our roots as an art studio and encourage all to participate on January 23rd for an open work session. Bring your pencil and pad, paints and brushes or any medium and rub erasers with fellow artists, including Robert Hardgrave, Lawrence Ruelos, and Michael Lorefice, among others.

Ouch My Eye will select our favorite works generated at the event for exhibition through February 24th. A limited number of supplies (and work surfaces) will be available to our guests, but we strongly encourage participants to bring their own. We will provide stimuli, you bring the creativity.

All are encouraged to participate regardless of experience, or you can simply stop in to see the inner machinations of the creative process.

Watch the spectacle of Lawrence Ruelos as he attempts a 24 hour drawing session concluding during the draw-all. Can he do it without passing out from graphite poisoning?
