24-Hour Life Drawing Marathon
Gallery by the Bay is proud to present a 24-Hour Life Drawing Marathon to benefit the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life.
Beginning at Noon on Saturday, March 6th, artists will be drawing from live models for 24 hours at Gallery by the Bay in Stanwood, WA. The marathon is divided into eight, 3-hour sessions hosted by various local artists.
Instead of running or walking laps, the artists in this marathon are DRAWING for cancer research!
Artists: Join us in this fun and unique drawing event to fight cancer! You can participate in as many sessions as you like, or go for gold and draw for the entire 24 hours.
We’ll have special themes and events throughout the marathon, such as on-site massage in the evening and a pancake breakfast at the 6 am session.
The registration fee is $25 and covers as many sessions as you would like to attend. Student rate is $15.
