Announcing a new event for The Seattle Figure Drawing Meetup Group!

Event Description:

We comb Seattle for the most dazzling burlesque dancers, the most bizarre circus performers, and the most stunning of boylesque. Then on the 3rd Monday of every month, we let you draw them for 3 hours.

Dr. Sketchy's Seattle supports performers earning a living wage for their art, while giving artists a monthly ritual of spiced up fun.

No drawing experience required. Come to drink or draw, We are happy to have you.

Seats are first come-first served. Tables are in the back as well as in the front, so if you want a front row table, get there early. The middle to back tables are shared between 2-4 people ($15 per person), so bring your friends or make new ones.

*** 6/16 UPDATE: This event is SOLD OUT, however, if you show up at the door we may allow a small amount of seating on the floor in front, but know that our photographer may get in your way. Admission is $10. ***

- Home to the Fabulous Movie and Burlesque Stars of the 1920's

- Jimmy Stewart stayed in the Hotel across the Street and Watched Movies in the JewelBox

- The Original Sconces and Brocade are on the Walls

- MGM had their offices upstairs from the JewelBox. There was a secret staircase leading from the top execs office down into the bar. Quick service? Quick getaways?
