Introduction

Moved from Portland in January. I work a lot and work alone as a childcare provider, so I'm looking for creative communities to tap into and people I can get my hands and face dirty with.

What are your passions?

Plants, art, farming, activism, great books.

What types of art materials/mediums do you like to work with?

Charcoaaaal!!! Big paper. Painting is fun but a bit of a morale-buster for me. Small scale I like ballpoint pens.

What is your figure drawing experience and what would you like from a figure drawing meetup?

Taken various classes. I want something fun, social but serious, good models, good mix of short and long poses, pretty consistent meetings and at night or on weekends when I can actually go.

Do you have a current art project? Idea? Do you need help with it?

Nothing current, just sketching aimlessly, trying to get back in the habit of making SOMETHING, ANYTHING.

Besides Figure Drawing - What Hobbies/Interests do you have?

Working with kids, mental health, gardening and plants, forest time, coffeeeeeeee. Cooking. Reading.
