Hi, I am 51 and just moved back to Seattle from 30+ years in New Mexico. I am interested in oil painting, but need to get better at my sketching.

What is your figure drawing experience and what would you like from a figure drawing meetup?
I have taken a number of classes over the past 10 years. I like to draw portraits. I find that drawing from a live model is very helpful.
Do you have a current art project? Idea? Do you need help with it?
Yes, I meet with a friend once a week and we paint with oils. I have just finished a painting of pears and am working on one of my granddaughter.
Besides Figure Drawing - What Hobbies/Interests do you have?
Painting, sailing, biking, sewing, knitting/crocheting, hiking, camping, marimba, seeing Seattle.
