Introduction
i look forward to exercising my eye and loosening up my hand. i would really like to develop a looser, quicker, more confident and expressive drawing style. most of all, i just need practice!
What are your passions?
i'm an interior design student, about to apply for the BA program. i need to devote more time for creating, exercising my observational skills, perception of proportion, trying new things, and just generally doing stuff with my hands.
What types of art materials/mediums do you like to work with?
since beginning my studies, i've amassed a large collection of microns, prismacolor pens and pencils, some acrylics, and lately self-teaching photoshop, indesign, eventually illustrator. exciting, but longing to hand render more.
What is your figure drawing experience and what would you like from a figure drawing meetup?
i participated in a brief series of life sculpting classes a few years ago at a community center-- i was over the moon about it. i'm feeling very green as i gather up my pencils and sketchbook, but eager for the challenge.
Do you have a current art project? Idea? Do you need help with it?
